2.Terms of Service (Terms & Conditions)

2.1 General Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between our company (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "the Service Provider") and you (hereinafter referred to as "user", "customer" or "you") regarding your use of our online shopping platform, products and services. All order placements, transactions, service uses and platform access behaviors are subject to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you shall immediately stop using our Service.

All product prices displayed on our platform are final prices (unless marked with preferential or discount rules), including applicable product taxes (excluding logistics and customs fees incurred by cross-border delivery). We reserve the right to adjust product prices and product inventory information at any time without prior notice. After you successfully place and pay for an order, we will confirm the transaction and arrange delivery in accordance with the order information. The transaction contract is formally established after we confirm your payment.

2.4 User Obligations

You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations. You shall not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, infringing or malicious behaviors, including but not limited to malicious order brushing, fake transaction, infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, and illegal dissemination of harmful information. Any loss caused by your violation of these Terms shall be borne solely by you, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities.

2.5 Legal Jurisdiction (Core Clause)

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of China. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules.

2.6 Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your platform access and service qualification permanently or temporarily if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal behaviors, or cause adverse impacts to our platform operation. We will not bear any compensation liability for legitimate service suspension and termination behaviors.

2.7 Terms Updates

We may revise these Terms irregularly according to business development and legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on the official website, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after the revision confirms your acceptance of the new Terms.
